Agatha Brandão de Oliveira is a lawyer admitted to practice in Brazil and Portugal, working at the intersection of private international law, international arbitration and cross-border contracts. She is Of Counsel, Attorney and AI Officer at Kaufmann Rüedi Attorneys at Law Ltd. in Lucerne, and is pursuing her PhD at the University of Lucerne, where she is also an Open Science Ambassador.
